Error on retrieving business rules component

Steps to reproduce:

• Navigate to https://dev-atm-wp.pantheonsite.io/
• Install and Activate ATM Widget
• Access ATM Widget config page

BUG:

• Error on retrieve business rule on pantheonsite and local machine
• Business rules component is not loaded and can not be accessed

Note:

• Issue is reproducing on latest stage build for both env (local and pantheonsite)
