What is the proper way to configure the maximum active zone and open zone count of a ZNS SSD?

Is hard-coding the values in the zns_init_zone_cap function in zns.c correct? Is it possible to set the values using FEMU_OPTIONS in run-zns.sh so that re-compilation is not required?
