Integration with Gitea

Description

Gitea is a self-hosted version of Github as a repository management system. Any user can install it onto a VPS or dedicated server:

• Being able to pull files from a Gitea repo similar to how we pull from Github.
• Grabbing info from PRs and issues submitted on a Gitea website.
• API integration (Gitea offers a full API system just as Github does)
