In DrawTool Edit Panel, include an "Add Pt" template field. Users can click add point and them click the map to add a point. These points are associated with the main polygon layer -- not their own DrawTool feature -- just in the metadata. Be able to place points anywhere -- not just inside feature. No need for additional attributes/properties for each point.
