Add 303 to the sphaghetti. Still short but it seems we will be in the same ballpark than the 300, 301 and 302.

Update on tuning of 299:

@adamrher land diagnostics are up for 303 vs 301. Time series are for all that was available. Climos are for the overlapping period (years 13-32).

303 does have lower incoming shortwave, as intended, but it doesn't make a big notable impact on temperature, humidity, or health of the vegetation. As such, I would not have this weigh into you tuning decisions for CESM3

Thanks for looking at this run @wwieder. This is consistent with past experience, that cloud tunings can only provide marginal improvements to the incoming radiation (and even less so, precipitation) that don't seem to translate into improved vegetation biases.
