Preparatory Items not displaying correctly in the Orchestrator

When trying to make a new item preparatory, the prep text is not displaying correctly in the Orchestrator.

This had worked previously when I wrote the Wiki page:

I created Eye Colour Register today and made it preparatory.

However, it doesn't display correctly in the Orchestrator:
