Version control of Python API #92
Description
PySolTrace.py can accidently be mismatched with wrong version of the SolTrace library. This can result in non-intuitive issues.
Proposed solution: add a version call to the SolTrace library and check within PySolTrace.py that raises a expectation when there is a mismatch.
