Uniquify mapping of compendia

In some rare cases, highly repetitive sequences from proteins are mapped to the same site by KinPred unique identifiers. Add the process to remove duplicates of KSTAR_ACCESSION, KSTAR_SITE unique ids. Replace the RESOURCE_FILES before upload to Figshare.

Decision point: Since these duplicates come from highly repetitive sequences, which no experimental techniques could disentangle, select the representative of duplicates with the highest number of compendia annotations.
