Bug: "Use" keybinds take input while chat open

Description:
The "Use" function in stuff like phase takes input while chat is open

Issue: You use a pearl when typing "e" in chat

How to reproduce:

• enable phase
• bind "Use" to E
• open chat and type e

How to fix;
Ignore all inputs while chat is open
