com.netcracker.cloud.context.propagation.quarkus.runtime.filter.QuarkusContextInitializationTest

RCA: The error occurred because quarkus.http.test-port for the Quarkus application was already in use (most likely by another test).
Fix: Set quarkus.http.test-port=0 for all Quarkus tests to ensure the port is automatically selected from available ports.
Fix already applied in original repositories.

com.netcracker.cloud.quarkus.logging.manager.runtime.consul.ConsulLoggingConfigWatchFactoryTest

RCA: the test had a latent race condition — it assumed 3 parallel watchers would complete in a specific order, but event ordering was never guaranteed.

Fix: replaced sequential poll() checks with awaitility-based waiting for expected values, making the test resilient to non-deterministic event ordering.
