NethVoice: update FreePBX and Asterisk

Description:
We would like to request an upgrade of the NethVoice platform to support FreePBX 17 and Asterisk 22.

Reasons for the request:

1. Long-Term Support and Stability

   • Asterisk 22 is the latest LTS version with long-term maintenance and critical updates.
   • FreePBX 17 introduces architectural and security improvements over version 15/16.

2. New Features and Improvements

   • Asterisk 22 includes enhancements in PJSIP, audio codecs, and call handling.
   • FreePBX 17 provides an updated UI, improved module management, and better performance.

3. Security and Compatibility

   • Keeping up-to-date with upstream projects ensures ongoing security compliance and device compatibility (especially with recent endpoints and SIP stacks).

4. Future-Proofing Deployments

   • Having NethVoice run on current and actively supported versions of FreePBX and Asterisk will facilitate future development, support, and integration with third-party systems.

This upgrade would help ensure platform longevity, system reliability, and compatibility with new technologies and hardware.
