Software Center app search ignored

When the All/Installed/Updates tab is clicked, the filtered/searched term is not honored.

Steps to reproduce

• In a system with Webtop, open Software Center
• Search "Webtop" in All tab
• Switch to Installed tab

Expected behavior

• See only Webtop in the Installed tab
• OR search field is cleared, and see all installed applications

Actual behavior

All installed applications are listed (see video)
