NethVoice: Add support for new Fanvil MAC address prefix 00:A8:59 in Tancredi

Fanvil devices are now being shipped with a new MAC address prefix:

00:A8:59

Tancredi currently does not recognize or handle this prefix correctly, which prevents proper device management/provisioning.

Requested Change

• Extend Tancredi’s MAC address handling logic to recognize 00:A8:59 as a valid Fanvil vendor prefix.
• Make the NethVoice wizard able to recognize a Fanvil device with this new MAC address
