• WHMIS (section 2.7 in plan) - Was unsure how to fill out this section. Didn't know if I needed to provide a link to a whmis orientation or list harmful chemicals/substances that we may come into contact with.
• Job roles and responsibilities (section 1.4)
• Appendix 1 - New Worker Orientation : insert form template
• Appendix 2 - Tailboard Template : insert form template
• Appendix 3 - First Aid Requirements : update formatting
• Appendix 4 - Incidence/Close Call Form : update formatting
• Appendix 5 - Contractor Selection : update formatting

NOTE: Appendices 3, 4 and 5 are in the report but the formatting of the tables are off. The old ones have been left there in case they are needed for reference.
