UAV safe work procedures and documentation

We have a few things that happen related to this that can be documented in the future

• - logbooks for each flight maintained using RMUS app on iphone. need to export those reports and store in repo or elsewhere
• - equipment lists relate to uav safety with things like aeronautical radio
• - transport canada has requirements for pilot licensing and registration for specific drones (both our current ones require licenced operator and drone registration) as well as requirements for maintenance of those licenses

• radio license required to operate aeronautical radio - radio channels sourced from flightplan app

past close call related to firing up of the drone with the radio in the same hand as the controller. believe it was magnetic interference. drone was not responding to pre-programmed flight path and not sure but may not have responded to return home button. . needed to manually bring it home. was many years ago so reporting could perhaps be skipped but lesson learned added to safe work procedures (SWP)

We now have a dji mini 4 pro so the pilot does not actual need transport canada certification to fly (ie. under 250g)
