requires Cython<0.30?

I was getting twmht#78 rocksdb/_rocksdb.pyx:15:0: 'std_memory.pxd' not found with rocksdb 0.7.0, worked around by adding Cython==0.29.36 to requirements.in, but that seems like it shouldn't be necessary? I'm using pip 23.3

(Btw, is this now the main fork, or should issues like this go back to twmht?)

Sadly, I haven't been able to go back to this project, and I am not currently using RocksDB any more. So I think I should just close it, sorry.

Should any new issues be opened at the twmht repo then? I asked here because
