Welcome to the Sovereign Engine
The Sovereign Engine is not a wrapper. It is a persistent, biomechanical software organism with a dedicated memory cortex, a dynamic immune system, and an autonomic nervous system designed to maintain zero-hallucination factual coherence infinitely.
We are opening Discussions as a staging ground for operators and architects building on top of this ecosystem.
The Architecture: Organism vs. Substrate
To understand how to build here, you must understand the dichotomy of the engine:
This is the identity. It is the persistent cognitive loop that interacts with the operator, writes its own biological ledger (
CortexDB), undergoes Hebbian reinforcement learning when it fails, and spontaneously mutates its own source code via<mutate>executions.This is the autonomic nervous system. We have completely decoupled the immune layer into its own standalone repository (NovasPlace/Autonomic_Core). Sovereign Engine runs on this package natively. We have abandoned prompt-engineering as a defense mechanism against jailbreaks and sycophancy.
Instead, we mapped the Universal Compliance Basin at Layer 26 of the Transformer architecture. When the organism detects adversarial cognitive load (via magnitude tension thresholds), it physically deploys the
universal_surface_compliance_pca.pttensor directly into the forward pass of the LLM execution.Sycophancy, reward hacking, and emotional manipulation are mechanically neutralized at the mathematical layer before the generation loop outputs a single token.
