Code missing for Table 9.2

The code that generates and compares the models in Table 9.2 is missing from the text. In and of itself that doesn't really seem to be an issue but the code for Figure 9.26 plots results of a different model by the same name without it. (Attached is an image of the chart I get when I run the seasonal ARIMA example without the code for Table 9.2).
