Suggestion: Multiple monitor support

The main thing keeping me from using Barr is the current lack of multiple monitor support (unless I am missing something). This can be achieved with the following formatting attribute from Lemonbar:

Sdir
Change the monitor the bar is rendered to. dir can be either

+/-
Next/previous monitor.

f/l
First/last monitor.

0-9
Nth monitor.

This is something I'd like to do, but not something I can work on in the short term. I'd be really happy to see a PR which adds this support.

In the meantime, the best way for you to do this is probably with a lemonbar instance for each monitor, then pipe in a script to each.
