Suggested tweaks

Here are a few things I found in doing the tutorial:

• Rename the executable in the didwebvh-cli container to didwebvh-cli, so it is more descriptive and matches the alias.
• When the "draft_log_entry.json" file is produced for the first entry, it looks like it already has the versionId properly populated. Oddly, when I did the tutorial the first time, I thought the same thing happened on the second entry, but it looked right on this last run.
• Rename the "new-line" command to "add-entry" to better define what is happening.
• It would be nice to have a command "show-did" or something like that to display the DID for copying/pasting into the universal resolver.

Additional:

• change the permissions on the "outputs" file to be uga+rw so they can be edited and deleted.
• Can you check that if the parameters don't change in a version, that their value by {} in the log entry? Not a huge deal, but a minor optimization we'd like to show.
