Move draft mapping and trace mapping files to `dev_scripts` folder and remove absolute file paths

- `create_trace_mapping,py` and `generator_to_trace_mapping` are presumably scripts to help generate the first pass mappings. Can these be moved to a `dev_scripts` folder?
- In `create_trace_mappings`, might be good to remove abs file paths from your computer @nick-gorman?
