Move this repository to open-scd if it is canonical

This project appears to potentially be diverging with the open-scd fork

The fork doesn't have these issues and has been more recently updated.

Would it be an option for you to merge the latest changes from openscd/scl-lib and then move this repository to the openscd organisation to retain issues and other history?

Thank you 👍. I don't think I have enough rights on OET. Could you move it and then I can tidy up (perhaps name it scl-lib-transition)? No rush just when you have time.
