Add support for Audio Video training materials to recommend / gather information from

I am thinking to migrate ReproNim assistant setup from qp ... one of the new resources I assembled is https://datasets.datalad.org/repronim/ReproTube/web/# (datalad install -r -R 1 https://datasets.datalad.org/repronim/ReproTube/ to get your own full tree in seconds) -- the collection of webinar and training materials. everything is under git annex and all the captions are available. Captions are yet to be fixed up but that is minor in our age of AI ;)...

Now, I wonder if there could be a ReproNim Trainer assistant which would given the availability of training materials with videos, closed captions (and potentially slides -- I think I had built support already) we would be able to assemble a use-case specific line up of videos or periods of videos specific to that question/topic.

Potentially other assistants could point to relevant video materials as appropriate. Summary files like https://datasets.datalad.org/repronim/ReproTube/ReproNim/videos/videos.tsv could point to specific videos to discover more from or we could even create a search index across closed captions.

yes, very good idea. The "traditional" way could be to just add them to a database (ie., create a new tool). But now I wonder if we can benefit from more performant semantic search tools like elastic search with huge databases, and not making more databases. This definitely need more research though.
