Fix not displayed general options in detail view poll "single votes"

Describe the bug
Conditions: You have a poll wherer one (or two) general options are activated

If someone votes for one of the general options then in the detail view of this poll the general option is not displayed in the single votes section

How to Reproduce

1. in an assignent:
2. create a yes/no or yes and no per candidate poll, activate at least one general option
3. start poll
4. vote with general option
5. stop n publish
6. navigate into the assignment detail view
7. wrong display ^1

Expected behavior

• If a person voted general anything the vote should be displayed in the Single votes section
