Test and update MATLAB NeuroML reader with latest OSB models

Brief description

There is a preliminary MATLAB NeuroML reader here: https://github.com/NeuroML/NeuroMLToolbox, and this should be tested with some of the latest OSB models

Full description

The initial version of the MATLAB NeuroML reader/toolbox has been tested with a small number of NeuroML models, but it would be good to check that it can load in some of the models described in Gleeson et al. 2019.

It would also be good to test the toolbox on other platforms, e.g. Windows

Expected result

• Confirmation that the toolbox works with latest models.
• Updates to the documentation
• Any updates to the code to fix any issues required
