Possibility for DOI for Open Source Archetypes report? #20

👋 Hi. Thanks very much for the very nice "Open Source Archetypes: A Framework For Purposeful Open Source" report — this is great to have.
At the moment the report appears to only be distributed as an artifact associated with the website https://opentechstrategies.com/archetypes-files/open-source-archetypes-v2.pdf. Would it be possible to create a DOI for the report as well, and/or post it to arXiv so that it would be more easily citable (not to mention findable) and versioned?
(This is a duplicate of an email I sent following the contact information on Patrick Finch's Medium post. I'm not trying to spam people, I just prefer to have discussion of things related to code in close association with the code).
