Unable to recreate the open-source-archetypes report

Hi,

As the title says, i'm not able to create the pdf file of the report. I installed ots-doctools exactly as instructed in the README.md but when i type "make" in the open-source-archetypes-master directory nothing happens. There isn't even an error message.

I'm on Ubuntu 18.04

Francois, thank you for the bug report. Things are indeed broken. I've identified the cause, which is that the Makefile in use was partially, but not completely modified to use our new Jinja templating. I will finish the modification and then report back here to close the bug. Please stand by.

Hi. @jvasile I'm currently referring folks to the https://github.com/OpenTechStrategies/open-source-archetypes repo; does it now build?
