OVR settings menu not displaying properly in Steam VR overlay.

Describe the bug
OVR settings not displaying on Steam VR.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Run Steam VR
2. Observe Steam VR menu. (Only the steam button is visible on the menu)

Expected behavior
Should be a steam button, desktop view, and OVR. I am only seeing the steam button.

Software (please complete the following information):

• OS: Windows 10
• Advanced Settings Version: 5.8.11

Hardware (please complete the following information):

• CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5700X 8-Core Processor
• Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 TI (8GB)
• HMD: Oculus Quest 3S

Additional context
It was working fine earlier during VR games. I restarted steam, and now I'm missing two buttons.
It could just be something on steam's end, but it annoys me not being able to adjust my room settings with OVR.

I have the same problem I also use Arch Linux and got my ovras on steam :C
