[A11Y][TopAppBar] Title is truncated with 200% zoom

Prerequisites

• I have searched the backlog for duplicate or closed issues.

What happened?

After activating zoom to 200%, title is almost entirely truncated

There's a tolerance regarding zoom management on Top App bar and bottom bar. Try to limit the enlargment to 130% or 150% to avoid buttons to take all the screen width and let some space to title
