Database Import Error While Restoring Backup (Upgrade from Part-DB 2.8.0)

Description:

I am attempting to restore a backup from an existing Part-DB 2.8.0 installation to a fresh installation (new service environment, previously running on Debian Stretch). The backup includes:

Full SQL database dump (.sql)
All required application files for restoration

However, during the database import process, I encounter an error in the console which prevents successful restoration.
