SRG Constant Strings aren't remapped

Mentioned this in PatchworkMC/patchwork-api#209, but never actually opened an issue here. I have a fork which re-adds the SRG string remapping functionality, but I'm not sure if its a good solution.

This should be simple to fix though - the actual remapping functionality is still there, just never called.
