Patching won't initiate after downloading files (beta client)

Prompt to update should show up with relevant patch notes.

How does Path of Building behave?

The lastest beta release (can't verify which version it is anymore, but it's the most recent one) downloaded all 650/650 files, but the popup window to patch does not show up.

Currently running version 0.12.2-f9fc9cbde

Relaunching the client just verifies downloaded files and does not bring up the patching window either

After multiple application restarts, I finally got the popup window after a very long wait. However, the updater is stuck now (been like this for 10 minutes now):

Yes, the last step of the update always takes a long time, especially if alt-tabbed (that part was fixed in this latest update)

For this window, you need to make sure all other instances of PoB are closed
