Adding more authors

As I organized these online events where we contribute to open source perl projects it would help a lot if more authors had the dashboard configured.
For example if I want to add GitHub Actions to a module, it could be useful to see if the author has GA configured to any of his modules and maybe to copy from there.

So the question: Would you accepts PRs adding more authors by me (or someone else) or would you prefer to make sure that people can only add their own account?

I think I'd prefer it if authors added themselves to the system. I don't want to be seen as trying to force a new tool onto them.

A nice compromise might be if you created the JSON file for the author and sent it to them, along with instructions on how to send a PR (and maybe something explaining why the tool might be useful for them).
