HTTP Requests

The Twitch API uses HTTP requests to send information down to clients that require it.

This would require a very simple integration of the already present Socket class to transmit and receive information from HTTP requests.

A basic class to handle GET requests has been added by commit d9c261c. Testing needs to be done before this issue can be closed.

As this module uses sockets which will now require Cross-Platform Functioning, I'm going to merge in some cross-platform socket calls to this class, this issue will remain open until this is completed.
