I used my Brag Diary to record my progress throughout my coding journey by documenting the skills I developed, challenges I overcame, and milestones I achieved. I included examples such as completing coursework tasks, improving my understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript, fixing bugs, using Git and GitHub more confidently, and reflecting on feedback from mentors and peers. I also recorded smaller wins, like solving problems independently or understanding a concept I had previously struggled with, because these showed growth over time. Reviewing my Brag Diary helped me recognize patterns in my learning, build confidence in my progress, and identify areas where I still needed to improve. It also gave me evidence of my development that I could use in reflections, portfolio work, and when talking about my achievements.
