Currently user is forced to download at least one theme at prismjs.com/download
This is not ideal when user has already gotten a custom theme from a third party, but still wants to download prism core + plugins from download page.
Allow users to download prism core + plugins without themes
Make themes optional
Preselecting a default theme is ok, but without enforcing
