Lazy import compatilibty?

Based on https://peps.python.org/pep-0810/, are there any pitfalls, and are there advantages in making modifications to pyo3 to possibly take advantage of it?

From the PEP:

No dedicated C API is planned for creating or resolving lazy imports. This feature is designed as a purely Python-facing mechanism, as C extensions typically need immediate access to modules and cannot benefit from deferred loading. Existing C API functions like PyImport_ImportModule() remain unchanged and continue to perform eager imports. If compelling use cases emerge, this could be revisited in future versions.

I would imagine that it's easy for users to use PyOnceLock to create lazy imports anyway, is there a particular API you imagine we would want to expose or change?

My inclination is to do nothing here, as per the PEP.
