idlab-fn functions supported with former namespace only

RMLStreamer supports idlab-fn functions however with former namespace http://example.com/idlab/function/ instead of the new https://w3id.org/imec/idlab/function#.

Ideally RMLStreamer would be updated to support the new namespace. In the meantime updating the documentation would be great.
