VSCode/Windows systematic error after new install

Describe the bug
Getting an error on windows install into Visual Studio Code

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Login succesfully after first install (VSCode ,, TypeScript file)
2. type "// " and then click on Readable line
3. Obtaining the 2 indicated errors
4. In extension logs I have :
   [..]
   [info] ExtensionService#_doActivateExtension pcsoftware.readable, startup: false, activationEvent: 'onStartupFinished'
   [other extensions logs]
   [error] spawn c:\Users\mihai\AppData\Roaming\Code\User\globalStorage\pcsoftware.readable\resync ENOENT
5. Not directly related : Tried same thing on a second MacBook laptop under macos without any problems

Expected behavior
Not having errors and having something proposed
