JEI crashes when looking up Neotech recipies

Expected behavior

Jei Looks up the recipe and behaves normally.

Actual Behavior

Sometimes JEI looks up a neotech recipe and crashes slightly afterwards, either when closing out of JEI or after a few seconds

Steps to reproduce

Look up recipes involving Neotechs crusher/ centrifuge/ crucible. (not the recipe for these item's but the one for anything made in them. Ex. dirty molten tin) Happens sporadically

Suggestion on how to fix or supply fix

I beleive the crash is caused by JEI trying to animate Neotech's power bar. It seems as though it passes -1 to the power bar causing an index out of bounds error.
