Migrate to crates.io/crates/pin-init #100
Description
Before re-releasing this crate as crates.io/crates/pin-init, we need to:
- add support for tuple structs,
- correctly treat any attribute in initializers and struct declarations,
- add a feature flag to use
pin-project, - provide a migration plan,
- add notes on the readme here and in https://github.com/nbdd0121/pin-init
