[Bug] MacOS Game Shortcuts Aren't Opening

• I am able to reliably reproduce the issue on the latest stable or canary version.
• I am not using an unofficial build (Flatpak, Emudeck, etc.).
• I am a silly goose and didn't read these boxes.
• I am a silly goose and DID read these boxes.

Description of the issue

When attempting to open the application shortcut after using 'create shortcut' on a Ryubing/Rujinx game, an error occurs showing that the application has no permission to open "(null)"
The application it mentions changes depending on what app you use to open it.

Reproduction steps

1. Create a shortcut using 'Create Shortcut' when you right-click a game in Ryubing/Ryujinx.
2. Open the shortcut using any file opening app (for me I used Finder and Spotlight)
3. Receive popup/error.

Can you provide a log that shows Ryujinx creating the shortcut? Any game will do, I just want to see if there's anything in the log that would dictate the issue.

This is the log after deleting the application shortcut, starting Ryubing, and creating the shortcut with the right-click menu.

Was messing around in zsh terminal and found that not even that could open a game directly
