Want a way to split down to MGRA level the NAICS 72 sector into 721 and 722 as mentioned in comments under #185

Additional context

This is currently wanted as NAICS 721 and 722 are the sectors of 721: Accommodation and 722: Food Services and Drinking Places, which are currently split for employment sectors and their different travel behaviors
