Add nixpkgs as flake input

If this repo is ever updated to mirror the SLNOS nixpkgs, a far easier way to allow users to use it without patching would be for them to add the following snippet to a flake:

nixpkgs.url = "github:SLNOS/nixpkgs/<BRANCH>";
