How can we get more contributors?

We have lots of projects that need more workforce. Some of them need people from different backgrounds, like ML, AI, etc. However, whatever we do, we're not able to get more developers to work on the projects.

How can we get more developers to contribute to our projects?

How did the advertising campaign work out?

Do they provide Stats such as click-throughs, number of times it was shown, etc. ?

Thanks. It looks like the advertising campaign was created first, and did better than the others (by the numbers); but has not succeeded in meeting that goal.

It does seem to have managed to get a half dozen new people to submit feedback to the Bots, I say that because I see new people whom have either returned or are registering. Indeed it convinced me to submit feedback in SOBotics chat. So the campaign has had some success, just not in attracting enough (any?) developers.
