.NET MAUI App build for Tizen fails in Visual Studio 2022 with Error NETSDK 1139: The target platform identifier tizen was not recognized

To recreate the issue follow https://github.com/Samsung/Tizen.NET/wiki/Build-your-first-.NET-MAUI-App-for-Tizen

• Install MS .Net 10 SDK
• Install MS Visual Studio 2022
• Install Visual Studio Tools for Tizen
• Launch Visual Studio 2022, Create a new project type "MAUI", template ".NET MAUI App"
• Uncomment line
  <TargetFrameworks>$(TargetFrameworks);net9.0-tizen</TargetFrameworks>
  in the Project File in the Solution Explorer.
• Choose Target Framework to net9.0-tizen in the toolbar and build the project.

Build environment:
.Net version: 10.0.203
Visual Studio Tools for Tizen version: 10.0.0.0
Microsoft Visual Studio version: Community 2022 (64-bit) 17.14.31
Host OS version: Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.26200.8246]
