That looks like an amazing fit for editors indeed, I'll definitely implement this!

One quick question: does this support multiple replacements or just one? I can imagine that users often have more than one dirty file open at the same time. In such cases only supplying --instead-of for the "current" file could possibly mean that PHPStan flags an error that is already fixed in the dirty version of another file. (a quick look at the code tells me the answer to this question is no but I figured I'd ask still)
