Feature request: support for interaction states and automatic surface/content color pairs.

Hi 👋 Saw this library and thought the code looked great - I wanted to request some additional features based on another plugin I saw for TailwindCSS v3: https://tailwind-material-colors-docs.vercel.app/

Requests:

• Generate additional color variants to represent interaction states via. color-mix (i.e. on hover, on focus, on active).
• Have bg-color automatically style the content color by default to text-on-color.

Hi, thank you for your interest :)
I think the default text color for background colors is a sensible default and therefore good idea.
The state colors need some more investigation.
Sadly I am currently rather busy so I don't think I'll be able to implement this but contributions are welcome.
