Measurements and visualisation

Description:

• In the main GUI, add a tool to go through each cell and plot some measurements (fluo intensities, size, etc. can probably be done programmatically for all, whilst also zooming in on a specified cell. Alternatively, allow users to filter for such measurements (for example, cells that are present extremely long)
• Allow users to mark specific frames of interest for a cell (for example, phase transitions)
• Either in the main output CSV or in a separate one, output these points
• Introduce a framework to allow custom automatic user detection for these points

--> FUCCI user interface in the end, can be used to also easily detect segmentation and tracking errors, can be used for any other reporter system

I advice against saving in a new table because there is concatenation utilities that works on acdc_output CSV file. You would need to allow concatenation on the new table as well. It's easier to add to the acdc_output table
