liberica25: Fix `checkver` for Java 25

Package Name: liberica25-full-jre, liberica25-full-lts-jdk, liberica25-full-lts-jre, liberica25-jdk, liberica25-jre, liberica25-lite-jdk, liberica25-lite-lts-jdk, liberica25-lts-jdk, and liberica25-lts-jre

Current Behaviour

On #557 PR, I had pushed 10 new liberica 25 manifests. But I forgot to change checkver for Java 25 properly.

Expected Behaviour

All problematic manifests should be pointed to Java 25 package.

Possible Solution

Just fix them to Java 25.
